Order tracking

Registered Customers:

You can track your order by logging into your account and clicking the "Account -> My Account" button on the top right of the page. From there click:
"My Orders" on the left, then "View Order" on the order you wish to track from the list.
From within the order, click on "Shipments" in yellow at the top.
Underneath the shipment number, click "TRACK THIS SHIPMENT" (highlighted in yellow).
Follow the link in the popup.

Non-registered Customers:

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is successful. You will receive a further email once the item has shipped which will contain a link to the couriers tracking service.
