With a 5 year warranty, we’re confident our GARADAM seal will keep your garage clean and dry all year round.

Please note: Due to the weight, we strongly recommend the 16'3" length is a 2-person lift.
If you are installing the 2" threshold seal further back behind the door frame or tracks, it is recommended to purchase the additional side blocks to prevent water building up and spilling over the sides of the 'Garadam'. Available Here

Garadry operates a warehouse out of Tennessee. Consignments shipped from this location arrive via FedEx Ground service and will usually be received within 1-3 days, depending on your distance from Tennessee.

How it WorksThe 2" high Garadam Garadry flood barrier threshold seal is fitted behind the garage door, it butts up against the back of the garage door to create a watertight barrier. When the garage door closes, the bottom edge of the door contacts the threshold seal which closes any gaps. Once installed, the threshold seal provides effective protection from leaves, dust, sand, debris and rodents from entering the garage as well as protecting against drafts, driving rain, standing water, cold air and snow. The ramp profile threshold seal can be installed on angle behind the garage door to create a watertight barrier where the gap under the door is not consistent. The threshold will sit further under the garage door where the gap is larger to ensure good contact across the bottom of the door. From unexpected storms to rats and vermin, a threshold seal creates an effective barrier to safeguard your garage and its contents. Whether it’s a classic car, pantry or home gym inside your garage, Garadry helps to defend them all from water damage. |
The AdhesiveWe have developed the ideal adhesive & sealant for use with our threshold seals. Garadry MS-Polymer adhesive has been formulated to provide an excellent bond with the floor and keep the threshold seal securely in place. This allows you to drive over the threshold seal safely. The adhesive is applied to the floor in two parallel lines along the entire length of the installation area with a third unbroken zigzag line of adhesive between them. The threshold seal can then be positioned in place and pressed down on the adhesive to create a strong and watertight bond between the threshold seal and the floor. Resistant to temperatures between -40°F and +194°F, Garadry adhesive & sealant is designed to work in almost any environment from sudden cold snaps to summer heatwaves. |
